The Potter Cottage -A great family getaway 3 miles from Holiday World

The Potter Cottage is a 1600 square foot home that was completely renovated in 2019 and sits on 4.6 acres. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a tile shower are just a few of the amazing features of this home! A 50 inch television in the family room and three additional 40 inch television in the all three bedrooms add to the amenities. The home has three bedrooms, two full baths and an additional shower in the basement, the basement also has a game area and queen murphy bed to accommodate the entire family! A tankless water heater adds to the amenities (never run out of hot water)! It offers beautiful views overlooking the lake. Enjoy fishing and the beautiful views! The home has two decks to enjoy the rustic feel of this property.
Serene sunsets can be viewed from the decks. The large shade trees are perfect for picnics. The home is suitable for single families or groups. A two car garage is included in rental.

After a day at Holiday World, hiking, antiquing, or sightseeing The Potter Cottage is a peaceful place to relax. Children and adults alike will enjoy. A stay at the property will be a memory no one will soon forget.
