"Really liked the place. The staff and the amenities were great, the latter more than I needed. The breakfast was more than sufficient, with a good selection of items and I have to admit, the coffee was excellent. The room was comfortable….that king size bed was huge… the bathroom had a great shower…and the room was nicely clean and well equipped. Had no problems with the wifi except for my temperamental IPad and the staff helped me with that as well. I was vey pleased with the hotel and what it had to offer. I plan to return to Ottawa next year and this is where I’ll be staying. I highly recommend it and that’s my opinion."

"First time stay at the Ottawa Hard Rock Hotel and was a great stay. My only comment would be the hard rock restaurant wait time. We out our names in and told 45-50 minutes. We then walked around and tried somewhere else. Just as we got seated we got a notification that the table was ready which was only 10 Minutes. Had we known it would be a short time we would have waited."

"Hotel was clean . Stayed 2 nights . No room service after first night ( which is normal now) So had to ask for morning coffee supplies and bars of soap . We don't like the liquid soap hotels provide now."

"Felt more like a little cottage resort than just a standard hotel. The grounds are quaint, beautiful, well maintained and has a gorgeous view of the Rideau. It’s hard to find hotels with balconies around here. The fact that my room had one AND it overlooked the river was the most unique part of this hotel. Staff are beyond helpful and kind. The rooms have a great sized mini fridge and all the comforts needed. Amazing amenities for kids - the outdoor pool is generously heated. Restaurant was great and had a cute little patio. Honestly can’t say enough about it."
