"The hotel and our jacuzzi king bed room was beautiful and very clean. Behind the hotel is the river which was a gorgeous view and easily accessible and there were great mountain views from the front as well. Great location, the highway was quiet in our 3rd floor room and the blinds did a great 'blackout' job. The Riverview restaurant inside the hotel is absolutely delicious! I had the lamb shanks and my husband had the Ribeye, best we've had in a long time! Only critique is they didnt have a vending machine or ice machine on our floor. Would stay again hands down!"

"What a wonderful stay! The hotel is so clean, staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is so convenient! Fernie is a fantastic town, service was excellent everywhere and this hotel takes the cake. Nice pool, patio and Boston Pizza attached made it simple to keep kids entertained. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Highly recommend!"

"We were very pleased with the two bedroom/2 full bath suite with full kitchen. It was as promised and everything we needed for self-catering (including using the common BBQ) was there. I had messaged in advance if the coffee maker was a Keurig or regular drip coffee maker and was pleased to get a prompt response (regular coffee maker) that allowed us to plan better. For two adults and o e teenager it was the perfect arrangement with TVs on the bedrooms as well as the living room. Location was great. We found a walking shortcut to get to the Cirque restaurant in Lizard Creek Lodge. And there is a convenience store a two or three minute walk away. There are multiple hot tub options including the one by the swimming pool. We would definitely come again. Our three nights were wonderful."

"The place was great, looked just like the photos and everything was in great condition and clean. The room didn’t have AC and it was Smokey all weekend so we couldn’t open the window, but that wasn’t a big issue and without the smoke it would have been a non issue."

"C’est situé proche de tout: trail, resto, terrasse et autres commodités. Les points négatifs: il n’y a plus de piscine ( ils l’ont remplis de béton 😢). La place est propre, mais manque un peu d’amour et le ménage pourrait être un tantinet plus minutieux. Il y a très peut de couverts et verres malgré que la chambre pouvait accueillir 6 personnes. Le prix est bien pour une chambre avec cuisinette comme nous avions. J’y retournerais n’importe quand!!!"

"Beautiful summer stay with the views and walks. Communication is smooth and helpful. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the underground garage is a nice amenity. The room was overall clean and ‘checks the boxes’ but it feels a bit tired. My recommendations would be to replace the worn towels, replace the shower curtain (which was a liner) because the bottom is looking stained, and please clean the overhead fan with its thick layer of visible dust. It would be nice if the main tv can be mounted so it can pivot for easier viewing. The tv in the bedroom turned on but was not connected to view any channels. The lamp switch in the bedroom is broken. These updates, along with updated artwork to make it feel more warm and welcoming, would make the unit more desirable for us to return."
