This is a fully furnished & well stocked home. 3 bedroom, 2 bath with an additional room/office equipped with desk, chair, workspace. ( airbed provided in office for additional sleeping space). Master bath has double sinks, large walk-in shower. Roomy walk-in closet. Large patio for outdoor enjoyment overlooking the 9th fairway and gorgeous views of the mountains. Dining room can accommodate up to 6 with 4 barstools at counter for additional seating. Fridge has ice maker, home is equipped with instant hot water heater, full house water filtration system, RO water for drinking. Stocked with basic spices and plenty of cookware, dishes, pots/pans. Large TV in Living room. Very quiet neighborhood, fully landscaped and fenced backyard. Insulated 2 car garage available for parking. Keyless entry. Plenty of places to take that daily walk, local parks, Fernley has a public indoor pool, great local gyms. About 1.5 hrs from beautiful Lake Tahoe, Explore all the history of the area. Virginia City is fun. Reno is about 30 minutes away for great shopping and nightlife.

My granddaughter and her family live close by and we were able to visit with her and new baby boy. The house was beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. I am hoping to be able to use again soon. Host seems very nice. We had no problems.

Perfect home away from home. A very clean and comfy place to stay, in a great neighborhood. The view of the golf coarse is amazing. The host went above and beyond. From the little chocolates around the house, to providing laundry soap. If you are visiting Fernley I highly recommend this house.
