A beautiful property. Fun game room, multiple bedrooms, a nice gathering area in the backyard with the hot tub. And a fantastic kitchen. The host shocked me a message about once a day reminding me to let them know if there was anything I needed. 10 out of 10!

This place worked great for us as we were there for a rodeo. We were able to walk to the arena. The house is very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Would stay there again. Five star

We had a very nice time staying at Dusty Sage. Very clean and comfortable. The home is very nice, nice kitchen layout and the garage game room was very fun. The country western decor is a nice touch as well. Thanks for the great experience! -sparks family

The crew really enjoyed staying here! Host kept communication and was fantastic to work with! The previous guest had damaged something, host still let us check in on time despite the repairs needing to be done since we were in town for business. That alone gets 5 stars from us!
