"Breakfast was excellent. Great variety buffet style so you can serve yourself. The staff were friendly. The only disappointment was the initial room we were given had no air-conditioning and it was 28°C outside and 35 Celsius in the room! Fortunately, we were moved to a different room after reporting the broken AC. Hotel should not be renting rooms in this temperature without air conditioner."

"We had a small room which was quite dark as it only had a small window which overlooked the hotel atrium. Breakfasts were very good and the hotel staff were extremely helpful. One feature to note specifically was the wonderful examples of art which were scattered through the hotel - really quite special. The hotel is extremely central and a good base from which to walk the city. "

"I am a usual customer, but this time there was no heating at the hotel on the first night and the room temperature was 18C. To me that is unacceptable. I have requested additional electric heater, but it was not available. It was a rough night and for a 4 star hotel it is unacceptable to have such conditions."
