We had an issue with the property when we arrived. The room they gave us did not match what they showed on the photos. After a long back and forth, they decided to change our room to the one which matched the photos. Their staff said "they have only one price for the rooms with the ocean view", which didn't make any sense because the view you get from the 3rd floor is much better than view you get from the 1st floor. The toilet drain was smelly. We kept the fan turned on to take care of the smelly drain. The location is not safe. The hotel is located right at the intersection and gets too loud in night time. There are also wild pigs come from the forest to this area in night time. It's a known issue by the locals.

Kötü organizasyon

Otel odası, malzemeleri herşeyi yeni ve tertemiz. Fakat organizasyon berbat. Deniz manzaralı ve kahvaltı dahil rezervasyon yaptırıp, ücreti peşin ödedim. Bir süre sonra telefonla aradılar odayı benden önce başkasına vermişler. Kalacağım gün otele gittim. Dağ manzaralı odayı verebileceklerini belirttiler. Odayı temiz görünce problem etmeyip kabul ettim. 200 tl fark ücreti verdiler. Sabah kahvaltıyı yaptık. Bu kez kahvaltı ücreti istediler. Sonradan mesele düzeltildi fakat bizim kısa tatilimizde gereksiz stres ve sinir harbiyle tatsız başlayıp tatsız devam etti. Otel çalışanı Mert de olmasa daha büyük sıkıntılar yaşayacaktık.
