Nice room within a 5 minute walk to the beach and views of the mountains. Unfortunately, the area is very noisy at night so unable to sit and relax on the balcony in the evenings without hearing karaoke and competing bars nearby playing loud music. Its a shame because the hotel itself is very nice. The area is the problem, not the hotel.

Worth living at Unsal
My stay at Unsal went really great. Its a really good hotel. Very close to Oludeniz beach and market. Swimming pool and jaccuzi is also very good and clean. Rooms also very clean. I will definitely come and stay here again

The only negative thing i can say was that the hair dryer was broken and dangling into the bathroom sink when we arrived. This seemed a little dangerous. But everything else was great. Everything was very clean, the hotel was beautiful, staff friendly. The hotel is only short and very easy walk from the beach and public transport. I would definitely recommend.

It is among the trees, you wake up with the sounds of the birds. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast was varied and it was delicious. It is very close to the beach. Totally recommended.

This was a great discovery, a family-owned hotel since 1982, with three generations (maybe more) working on the premises. Clean, close to the sea, excellent restaurant, attentive service. If you stay more than a few days, they're quite attentive to your tastes in breakfast, etc. About the only thing we didn't try was the pool -- it looked nice, but we went to the sea instead. It's not a luxurious place, just a great, safe & affordable option.

Decent
Many things were broken in the room so it could use an update. It can also get a bit loud at night due to the bars nearby and it will stay that way until at least midnight, so be cautious of that. Otherwise the staff and the pool were great and the breakfast was decent.

Absolutely atrocious. Me and my partner did a lot of research in trying to find the most ideal and highly reviewed hotel and when this came up we thought this was the one, yet our stay was unpleasant. We booked to stay for 3 nights paying a hefty price tag and nothing was included so we had to pay extra for pretty everything. Breakfast and parking wasn’t included. There was also a pub nearby with very loud music every night we found it very hard to sleep peacefully. However location wise being right next the beach gave me a bit of high moral at least.

Dear Madam, Thank you for writing a review about your stay. we are sad to hear that your stay was not pleasant for you. Having made so much research about the hotel, you definitely must have read about the noise coming from the bars nearby. It is impossible to be both quiet and be in the center of the town at the same time. As for the extra breakfast, you have made an only bed reservation which did not include breakfast, so this is not the fault of the hotel but yours. If you had read the reservation terms carefully you would have noticed that. The sacond issue is the parking. ıt is also written on hotel page on expedia that there is no free parking and there is a charge for it. again, if you had read it carefully, you would have known it. Please do not blame these things on our hotel. You said that you have made a lot of research but it seems that you do not read what you search carefully.

Very nice little hotel in a grate location close to everything. We have always done all inclusive so this was our first B&B and it was fine. If I have to look at thing to mention it would be the breakfast is a bit limited, the room safe was small, 11" laptop only fits standing up not lying flat, pool a little small with a limited number of beds but is a lovely place to relax. All in all very good and we would definitely go back.

I stayed with my dad, local area noisier than 15 years ago. Nice cocktail bar opposite. Loud music from all the bars. However we didn’t mind as we weren’t worried about having early nights

We were a group of four and we stayed there in the second week of October for three nights. It is a family run hotel very close to blue lagoon. The location of the hotel is excellent - very close to the beach and main market area and restaurants. There are scores of restaurants and half a dozen supermarkets close to the Hotel. The rooms are clean and big with all possible amenities. The restaurant was excellent which offered as good food as the best in town at the most reasonable rates. The pool is cleaned regularly. The even offered us fruits and sandwiches at 4.00 AM for our early morning flight back home. The owner himself carried our heavy luggage to the Car. I would recommend anyone staying in Oludeniz to come and stay here.

Great hotel
Lovely hotel in a great location - very peaceful but still just a stroll away from restaurants, bars and the beach. Spotless with housekeeping every day. Only minor point is the intermittent Wi-Fi in room and pool area. Will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends.

Great little hotel in prime location.
We paid for a luxury top floor room which was worth the extra money, larger room, nicer furniture with mood lighting and nice shower room, larger safe, hairdryer, iron and small ironing board. Complementary slippers and toiletries. Unfortunately we were taken to a standard room when we arrived with no explanation. It was only when I complained I was told a mistake had been made and a luxury room would be available the following day, when other guests checked out. Rooms kept very clean and towels changed daily. Staff are helpful and friendly. Nice pool with sun beds always available. Air conditioning works well in rooms. Breakfast was good, yogurt, fresh fruits cold meats cheeses and different breads. Some hot buffet items cheese pastries scrambled eggs, boiled eggs sausage etc. Omelettes and fried eggs freshly made to order. Overall really nice well kept hotel in a great position only a short walk to the beach, shops and bars close by. Noise from bars can be heard at the hotel, however the music ends just after midnight, the hotel is very central so is to be expected. Don't be put off by photos of market stalls to the side of the hotel. These are not noisy fake good stalls but little craft stalls which only open up on the evening, with select handmade items. Only downsides for us was not being allocated the correct room at check in and the wifi was intermittent, however this would not put us off returning as we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel close to the beach with a nice pool and chilled out vibe. Only point I would make is that if you intend on driving to the hotel, parking outside is via a meter which is around 24 turkish liras a day, which is not much.

Perfect location close to beach and very clean!
I stayed here in July 2018 for one week in a Standard twin room. The hotel is very accessible and is a 5 minute walk to the beach (maximum!) and near all the local shops and hustle bustle. The rooms are very clean and had reliable air conditioning, which was easy to use ( no extra charge or the aircon). The standard room was on the ground floor and we had two single beds (as requested, but otherwise can be double), a television, a sofa-bed, a dressing table with a stool and a fridge (no freezer section). The is also a double wardrobe in the room with hangers - there was also a secure safe which was bolted down and open with a key, rather than a combination code. Inside the wardrobe, there were extra blankets and extra pillows which were again clean. In the bathroom there was a shower, a basin and a toilet with a bidet option. They provide you with towels that are changed daily. There was also a good-powered hairdryer and a shaver socket. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room - no spider webs / ants / dust in sight! One of the best kept hotels I have been in and the staff clean everyday The pool was literally on our doorstep as we had a ground floor room. The hotel has a collection of their own pool inflatables that all guests can use free of charge. The temperature of the water was always perfect and there is a smaller pool for children. We stayed B+B - there wasn't a huge selection of options but theres something for everyone.

Wonderful Family run hotel
Wonderful family run hotel. Very near the beach. We weren’t expecting Oludeniz to be quite so touristy but this hotel was an oasis of calm for us. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Hotel
This small family run hotel was simply one of the best all round hotels i have stayed at, and hope to return again. We found it to be excellent value The owners and staff were all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great, rooms were nice, pool area was always clean and tidy, location was just off the main strip, and only 2 minutes from the beach. it just ticked all the boxes for us. A big thank you to Musa, he has a great team, from the house keepers, to the all bar/restaurant staff, oh and all the family members We loved our stay at the Unsal Hotel, as did everyone else we spoke to there

High recommendations for this place
Everything was as stated in the reservation. Our standard room had a balcony with pool-view and was spacious enough. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The pool was clean and never crowded. The beach is only 2 min away by walking, and just around the corner there is the main street with shops and restaurants. Right across the hotel is a small grocery shop, which comes very handy. The staff was very kind and helpful. All in all, we had a great time and we are definitely planning to stay here again.

The best hotel in Olu Deniz
What a superb hotel, small, family run, lovely rooms (we had the top floor deluxe room) and a lovely breakfast all at an unbeatable price. The location is brilliant. Just be aware that you can hear the music from the bars at night. The pool area is the jewel in the crown. Peaceful, clean and relaxing with the constant entertainment of paragliders filling he sky above. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I would definitely return
I was not too sure what to epxext of the hotel. However, when we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly. The condition if the rooms were exceleent and very clean. We never had any issues at all. The hotel was 2mins walking distance to the beach and 30 seconds from the main strip. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Warm welcome, friendly throughout our stay.
Warm welcome at reception which continued throughout our stay. Upgraded on arrival to really nice rooms on top (2nd) floor with balconies. Close to beach and main strip but not disturbed by noise. Great stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Clean hotel at an affordable price
The hotel is quite basic but very clean and in very good shape; I was on a business trip and had one of their large rooms on the top ( second floor). The staff members are friendly and helpful, the hotel has a small swimming pool and it is only few hundred meters from the beach. The breakfast is rather poor and may be comparable to that provided by two star hotels. They have a good restaurant, it is worth trying it, but there are also plenty of other good restaurants around. There is bus stop few hundred meters from the hotel that u can ride to the city (Fethiyeh), the trip is for 5 TL. The hotel has a serious problem with internet connection, they simply don't have it, the wireless signal is too weak on the second floor (at least), and their bandwidth is too small for a hotel! Even when you manage to get the signal, the Internet is so slow. If you are a "stay connected" kind of person, forget it unsal is not the right place for you. Otherwise, and if you are not into IT, social media, or on a business trip that requires Internet communication, go ahead unsal is a nice and clean hotel with pleasant staff members at an affordable price.
