"My boyfriend and I were very pleased with this place. The property and the valley in which it is located are absolutely beautiful. The unit itself is pretty tiny but worked for us. Because the unit is tiny, there are steep and narrow stairs to the loft and the bed is only a full size. Maurizio was a very good host and sent us a lot of recommendations for things to do in the area. This place was totally worth it!"

"Two weeks spent in the Valtellina at the height of summer. The house was ideally situated for exploring the various different small valleys that lead to the high mountains encircling the valtellina. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with little or no distractions. Everything in the house was as expected and we echo the recommendation to eat at the rifugio Mello."

"The apartment in Chiavenna was perfect. Just about 50 yards from the train station, which was perfect because we arrived by train and we did don’t have a car. However, there is parking available. Close to hiking trails and many restaurants and shops. Paolo was great to deal with. Any questions we had, his response was prompt. We enjoyed our stay in Chiavenna and look forward to a return visit in the future and I would definitely look into staying at Paolo’s apartment again."

"I booked this property on behalf of my son and his 5 friends who are all aspiring athletes. They came to st moritz for altitude training. They had a wonderful time and found the property clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything they needed. "The residence is located at very short walking distance from Livigno centre and near to all main sky/bike lifts facilities. Grocery and most shops are also at short walking distance. Apartments are well kept, neat, well furnished and functional. Size is not extremely big but adequate for the scope (2 adults + 2 kids) as you are not supposed to stay much indoor in a place as Livigno. The owner/manager is very friendly, efficient and available to help. "

"When you check-in to this comfortable little hotel with an Italian flair, the lovely and endlessly helpful Bianca will be waiting for you. Let me just say it straight out - she is GREAT! Very welcoming and no problem is too difficult for her. She gets everything set-up quickly, is full of information that she is ready and eager to share to make your stay more pleasant, and she solves any issue one might have with efficiency and a smile. My wife and I happened to arrive with a potentially huge problem, and Bianca fixed it in literally 5 minutes. We are so grateful to her. Additionally, her colleague, a young man also working Reception, seemed like a friendly person, too, who was eager to help. We didn’t get to interact with him too much, but when we did, he was very accommodating, as well. So upon arrival, before we even saw the room, we were already satisfied and happy. The room was comfortable with a stove and refrigerator, which we didn’t expect, the bathroom was big enough, and there was even a little balcony (we didn’t use it, though - too cold outside). So we were pleased and do recommend this hotel. Bon voyage!"
