20. Motel Le Colibri

Lucciana

"Reluctant to write a negative review but, sadly, this motel merits a poor rating. A kind description would be rustic, an honest appraisal would be shoddy and poorly maintained. The room smelt musty, there was mould around cracked tiles in the bathroom, the windows had that hazy look of ingrained dust and grime, the bedroom carpet was ancient & stained and the fabric on the corners of the bed was ripped. Top Ficaja Hotel Reviews

Les Jardins

10/10 Excellent

"We spent our last night before flying to Nice at Les Jardins, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. The welcome from Francesca was warm and personal, and her parents at breakfast made it feel even more like home. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable. And, the gardens and pool gave it a calm, relaxing vibe. Dinner at the nearby La Mangrane, also family run, was delicious. And the location is so convenient, just five minutes by car from the airport, or a twenty-minute walk. It's an ideal stopover for anyone catching a flight out of Bastia."
