"Our stay was wonderful! The condo was impeccably clean and the setting unmatched- scenery and views that felt like we were looking at a painting. The hosts were very readily accessible and on many occasions provided helpful tips for restaurants, hikes, etc. location was ideal from the standpoint of walkable to town/shops and grocery, and restaurants as well as gondola and local hikes. "Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this lovely Chalet. We booked this property in the “Bolzano” area for a a trip to the Dolomites. It’s a bit of a drive to the Dolomites themselves but we still enjoyed our stay. It’s very well kept and quiet. We recommend bringing food with you because there are few restaurants in the area or they are closed many days. Luckily we were able to visit the local grocery store when we arrived, 5 minutes before it closed at 7 pm or else we would have had to drive...

"Pros: Der Blick ins Tal ist einfach nur traumhaft. Man hat von morgens bis zum Sonnenuntergang Sonne. Dazu kann man aus der direkten Umgebung schöne Wandertouren starten. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr freundlich und alle hat total reibungslos geklappt. Das tägliche Frühstück mit selbstgemachten Leckereien und vielen Lebensmitteln vom Hof war ein Traum. "Check-in was prompt, friendly and professional in the best German tradition. The parked, and our bags were taken to our room right away. Received a Suditrol pass, allowed free access to local trams and public transport as well as valuable information about local activities. The lobby is not grand - two chairs, a stool, some water and a dog water station. But do not be misled, as this is a five-star offering in terms of room and service. The two elevators are fast. Parkade access is well lit and spotless. You must research the hotel access. It is accessed from the parkade (the hotel is atop a large mall complex). Enter the parkade and follow the signs to the hotel. The 6th-floor bar/restaurant shines brightest. Excellent views. Breakfast on par with Sofitel and Fairmont levels. Service staff were great, with special mention to Khalil, who endorsed a fantastic day outing! The Japanese dinner and lounge menu is very good. Bar is good but does not offer a classic vesper martini :) The room was large with a balcony. Enough room to hang clothes and place four suitcases. Shower temperature is constant with good pressure. Toilet in a separate room from the shower. Decent space above and below the counter for items. Bed very comfy with extra pillows and enough room for personal items on side tables. Electrical receptacles are well placed for recharging (wish every hotel did this). Check out the spa/gym/sauna and relaxation room! Beautifiul!"

"Location was great for Dolomites. WIFI was well working properly for occasional business. However, my room was not prepared professionally when I arrived. No toilet paper, no shampoo, and no sauna gowns. I think cleaning staffs are not doing their duties. A roll of toilet paper was delivered to my room shortly. However, shampoo was not filled until I left after 3 nights stay, even though I requested it at the front desk. I found some broken glasses at the bottom of a small desk. My general feeling is that the staff are doing their minimum duties, meaning they are not kind."

"I loved this hotel. It was the perfect location for me. Near the highway and actually very near to downtown by car. Room was clean, breakfast was good, great drinks on the outside patio and the front staff was excellent and extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Made some excellent dining recommendations in town. Definitely stay here again."

"Incredibly nice place to stay in the dolomites for a fabulous price. Had separate room and bathroom from kids for a couple of nights on the trip. Has full kitchen and living area as well. Hotel itself is very nice, great pool and spa area. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend."

"We loved the location of this hotel right in the middle of Bolzano A lovely fresh breakfast Helpful friendly staff Well appointed room in all an excellent stay If we return to Bolzano we would definitely stay here again A small negative the room and bathroom were quite dark a little extra light would be useful but overall we couldn’t fault it ❤️"
