"We stayed only one week and really enjoyed our holidays. We had spacious studio flat, comfy beds, nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Comparing to other places we stayed in the past this by far is one of the best for its price and what you get. The pool is about 20 meters long which was perfect for me as I do regular to swimming. Next to the pool there is playground area for kids as well as nice bar. The owners are super friendly and helpful in every situation. We highly recommend this...

"We stayed a week as a group of 20+, across a bungalow, penthouse, and 3-bed property — a good cross-section of the resort. The Bungalow was exceptional. Service here stood out, and if budget allows, the roughly £700 premium is worth it. Note it requires a €740 refundable deposit, not mentioned at booking. Amenities were great for self-catering, and pre-stay booking communication was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, housekeeping for the penthouse (3 days/week) let the stay down. Cleaning staff were rude and made no accommodation for our 10-week-old baby — a request to adjust timing was dismissed as she "had to eat lunch," with no alternative offered. To their credit, reception was sympathetic once raised, and the manager agreed to a full day's refund plus a courtesy late checkout, which we appreciated. Smaller points: pool towels need a €10 deposit, and swapping for a clean one costs €1 (except in the bungalow). During our stay (Sept 2026), the penthouse aircon was inconsistent, and the bungalow's private pool was unheated with non-working jets. Overall: real strengths, especially the bungalow and amenities, let down by inconsistent housekeeping elsewhere. Management's response was fair and reassuring."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately one incident left a bad feeling. My friend wanted half board BC of the kosher food. I did not. We arranged it on our 2nd day at the hotel. Dinner was €35 Tue-Thu and €50 Fri-Sat. On Fri at 5 PM I went to reception to cancel my friend’s dinner. She said that for Fri-Sat anyone wanting dinner had to book a table. I confirmed twice and asked about Sat. She confirmed my friend would need to book. On Sat I booked a table for one via WhatsApp and got a confirmation. At checkout we saw a €50 charge for Fri. I reminded her that I had spoken to her the day before and said my friend would not have dinner on Fri. She became confused and said she would call the manager. When he arrived I asked them to check the Fri reservations and see we were not registered for dinner. They said the records were in the closed restaurant and could not be checked. My WhatsApp also showed I booked only one table for Sat. The manager accused me of being disrespectful and using my hands. I apologized and explained this is simply how I talk. I continued calmly. Eventually he told reception to remove the €50 as if he was doing us a favor. Before leaving I apologized again and offered my hand. He shook it without looking at me. After an otherwise wonderful stay this spoiled the end of our experience. We left feeling as though we had been treated like people trying to get something for free because we had simply followed the hotel’s instructions."

"Well well,what a fantastic place,If you want peace and quiet, comfort,peace of mind and total relaxation,then this is the place.Everthing you need for a perfect holiday in Sunny Cyprus.The villa is well equipped,the pool area and outside space are superb.the villa is like a TARDIS so much more than the pictures.Richard the host is first class,great communication and prompt with replying.Not forgetting Simon villa management and indeed Rob the pool guy.All in all a great place.would definitely love to return.Thank you all.Richard & Julie."

"This was our second stay as we loved it so much the first time. Our return trip did not disappoint. The villa/garden offers a peaceful and tranquil environment which is perfect for relaxation and recharging your batteries. Mima is always available if needed living just next door. The villa holds everything we needed. The two local tavernas were much busier than when we visited in 2024 being fully booked on several nights when we tried to get a table. This hadn’t been a problem at all this last time, but won’t be an issue if you’re more organised than us. I would highly recommend this lovely villa"
