The staff was horrible. I think her name is Gabriela. I have never been treated like this anywhere around the world. I needed to change hotel. I will never recommend this place to anyone and she should not work with any type of service.

Very comfortable and the studio apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The only comment is that there was just one pillow each and no spare ones. However, a request was made for extra pillows and these were very quickly provided. The hotel is very close to excellent public transport links ...
