"The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast overall was good with some variety and options. One of the mornings there was a lack of hot food and it took a good while for it to be restocked, however the kitchen personnel did their best and did not deserve to be yelled at by a Karen as I witnessed that morning. Second morning breakfast was fully stocked and replenished consistently. Our room was next to a room with a dog who consistently barked at any noise while the owners were gone but settled down once it was quiet for a while, which woke me a couple times at night and in the morning. Overall I would book this location again and would recommend."

"It is very quiet Could use a better place to put clothes that need to hang up The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent great water pressure and hot water The shampoo conditioner and body wash in shower were nice and liked having it instead of little bottles Only had one key was a downside since there were 2 of us on different schedules Fridge was good and nice size Overall was sufficient for our needs"

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Check in was great. Water pressure was just ok. Our toilet really didn’t flush well and the tv would not work. In the end not a deal breaker. We were tired and just went to bed early. It was quiet and the room was clean and comfortable."

"With all the great reviews, I was expecting it to be immaculate and well maintained. That was not my experience. It was very comfortable and relatively clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Full disclosure, my opinion could be slightly skewed because, for some reason, I thought the place was much closer to Effingham - but it was 45 minutes away adding an extra hour and a half to my trip. But that is NOT the hotel’s fault - I just didn’t check all the details closely enough on Expedia. But still, it was a solid 4."
