"The property is very clean and modern, and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace is a fab addition. The property is located right by the Old Town in Altea, which is a stunning area with local restaurants. There is a supermarket round the corner, and the train station is a 15 minute walk away."

"Bijzonder net en gezellig ingericht appartement op een prima locatie. Bij binnenkomst voelden wij ons meteen thuis. Het appartement voldeed aan de verwachtingen, zoals op de site was weergegeven. Geheel compleet ingericht voor dagelijks gebruik. En mocht er iets niet naar wens zijn, dan verleent het kantoor/sleuteladres in Calpe perfecte service. Alles is ons zo goed bevallen, dat wij voor 2024 inmiddels al weer geboekt hebt."

"A very pleasant place to stay, would definitely recommend. The studio was in a good location within a twenty minute walk into town, or five minutes by car, with lovely gardens, well maintained, a great pool, and a couple of restaurants nearby. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating."

"Hi Thank you for a lovely stay It’s very clean and staff is very polite 2 things to improve would be Better privacy blinds in bathroom and hallway - the hotel at back has always people on balcony watching people getting ready in your apartment ….. Microwave safe dishes to use in microwave The dishes aren’t safe to use , get too hot , not safe to handle and make crackling sound The plate heats before the food !! Thanks"

"Overall, excellent location and place and everything was delightful, I would suggest a floor fan / oscillating fan in the apartment since it can get stuffy with all the windows closed and it would also provide some white noise over the people upstairs when they walk around at night. Someone smokes in the area by the elevator on a lower floor that rises to the upper floors but I assume there is no rule against that. "

"It was a nice stay in Calpe. The Casa Sunrise has a perfect view towards the Ifach at the beach. What we did not know was, that the appartment complex did belong to a Hotel that closed some time ago. The appartment itself is nice, new renovated, clean and air conditioned (necessary in summer!!!). "

"All in all it did the job but not a wow experience. Cleaning was not good. Contact persons to the place was great polite and accessible. Would most likely not use this place again. But for youngsters it might be suitable. "
