"The villa was in a good location ,it had excellent facilities including a lovely pool,air con and wifi.It was clean and tidy with ample space inside and out.We found it difficult to contact the host to make arrangements,he did not meet us on arrival ,the pool man let us in.Therefore we could not hand in our deposit or rent beach towels and there were no instructions on things like wifi.The same checking out,no one ther and no instructions so left keys in plant pot where we found them!!!"

"Pros: The pool Cons: Indoor fridge needed replacing kept having to go outside to use that fridge in the outdoor kitchen nothing major just a pain when kids wanted a drink through night. A bottle of disinfectant spray would be nice to have in cupboard. My little boy ended up not been unwell through night and we couldn’t disinfect areas used until nearby shops opened. "Just back from here and easily one of the best hotels in benidorm. me and my missus stayed the the premium suite with the pool few.the rooms are spacious,clean plenty of storage and good amenities. Staff are very welcoming and kind. The best part of the hotel is the adults only rooftop bar and pool and even in the busy season as of July you could go up any time of day and get a sun bed but be aware the bar is expensive for drinks. The breakfast in the morning was standard and could be a bit more variety for cooked options but was lovely what they had on.all in its a fantastic hotel and we will be back"

"Checking in was smooth and the door codes were received before we left the UK Rooms were nice, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Good location, quiet but close to some lovely bars and restaurants. Only criticism would be the size of the roof terrace and pool. We didn’t manage to spend any time there as there are very few beds and were always occupied (or unoccupied but with towels on them for most of the day) We would definitely stay again."
