This light filled duplex is walking distance to the beautiful shores of Fingal Bay Beach, local restaurants and shops. The quiet area of Fingal Bay is an ideal escape for families, offering the Bay for swimming and water activities and cycle ways and paths for walking and cycling.

Inside, this property welcomes you with comfortable and bright furnishings designed to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for the entire family. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, a smart TV, and Wi-fi.
The under covered outdoor area is fully equiped with an outdoor lounge and coffee table along with a dining table, chairs and Weber BBQ.
We have a fenced yard with a garden, grassed area and clothesline.
The property offers garage parking as well as driveway and off street parking.
