"Staff were "on top of it", responsive and friendly. Not surprising for the lower price, the hotel is simply a little worn down and could benefit from a refresh (a new coat of paint on the walls in common areas and especially the pool)."

"When we checked in we were told pool is closed for maintenance. It shows no were on the website that the pool is closed. "

"Their entrance system after hours is completely bogus. You have to ring a bell after hours and so when I arrived at 2am, rang the bell, and no ring, no staff, had to wait in the cold for 20+ mins. Why can’t they be a normal hotel and have card entrance available? "

"Room had multiple visible red blood stains on the bedding, floor, and bathroom wall/outlet when we checked in late at night. Sheets smelled laundered but were clearly stained. I documented everything with photos and reported it to the manager in the morning. He dismissed it and refused a refund. Expedia support contacted the property but was also refused. This is a sanitation issue, not a preference issue. I would not stay here again."
