"Nice central location. Our room on the 7th floor has a wonderful view of Kelowna and surrounding hills. Hotel was clean, professional and efficient. Would stay again if ever in Kelowna."

"The hotel looks simple & basic, nothing fancy and we're fine with that. It was kept very clean. The outdoor slide was fun, the pool & hot tub water could be kept cleaner if I really had to mention something. Customer service throughout the facility was great, every staff was friendly and able to help me with my questions. Breakfast was decent, but the scrambled eggs would've been better without the dried parsley. They ran out of english breakfast tea bags unfortunately. "

"We did not like the breakfast room upstairs without an elevator. Toilets are too low for average height people or elderly."
