"Title: Blood stains in bathroom + forced to wait until 7pm – No refund"Hotel website says check-in at 2pm. We arrived at 2:30pm but were not allowed into the room until 7pm (over 4 hours later). When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all." "

"WE WERE A GROUP OF FIVE CYCLISTS WHO FIT COMFORTABLY IN THIS NEWER 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH APARTMENT. IT WAS NICE TO HAVE A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD WITH OLD TOWN ONLY A SHORT WALK AWAY. THE ELEVATOR WAS USEFUL FOR OUR LUGGAGE AND BRINGING THE BIKES UP AND DOWN EACH DAY. THERE WAS ALSO A ROOM JUST FOR THE BIKES. THE GROCERY STORE WAS A QUICK WALK AWAY, AND A CAR IS REALLY NOT NEEDED. WE WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK!!"

"This is an excellent location for a visit in Girona. I very much enjoyed the terrace bar for a simple evening drink and snack. All of the staff were friendly and I found the breakfast offerings quite tasty."
