Amazing location right in the heart of Times Square everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options to start the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Would definitely come back!

Some staff were friendly, however the desk staff weren’t overly helpful when our flight was cancelled. Would not even provide us with a complimentary coffee whilst we tried to extend accommodation. Disappointed
