Magnificent panorama without neighborhood. Near an organic farm.
Located between Rodez and Conques. 5 km from St Cyprien sur doudou where you can enjoy a beautiful municipal swimming pool (overflow and shaded) and trade known for their gastronomic specialty. Ideally located between the lot, the cantal, for tourist and cultural walks. Conques, Rodez, lot valley, Figeac, Najac, Estaing, Rodez ,.
Many activities: swimming, hiking in St Jacques de Compostela, canoeing, donkey rides, navigation on the lot. Picking mushrooms and blackberries.
Outside the house you have a 3000 m2 garden.

Splendide

Le gite est juste EXTRAORDINAIRE, parfaitement équipé, spacieux et situé sur un promontoire d'où on domine toute la campagne environnante. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et adorables. Et la region recèle des trésors : Conques, la vallée du lot, Estaing et son château, le musée Soulage à Rodez, et plein d'autres merveilles... Ne pas hésiter, c'est tout simplement génial, une vraie pause "nature et culture"

Vacances reposantes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est très belle, typique de la région, bien meublée. La vue est magnifique. Les hôtes Christine et Thierry sont charmants et de bons conseils pour les visites, randos et coins baignade. Merci aussi pour l'adresse chez Marie qui est un excellent resto. Cécile

Un coin de paradis

La CALMETTE c’est d’abord ce chemin paysager terminant sa course au sommet d’une colline pour un coup d’œil sur une campagne vallonnée dévoilant ses couleurs à perte de vue C’est ensuite l’accueil des propriétaires Et puis c’est une semaine magique dans une maison superbement rénovée et équipée. Située loin du bruit en pleine nature la CALMETTE est quand même proche des approvisionnements, lieux de promenades et distractions. A bientôt

Charme et authenticité

Cette belle maison typique entièrement rénovée avec cœur, sens pratique, et goût (deco campagne chic) est un havre de paix en immersion dans la plus belle nature aveyronnaise. Tout est conçu Et prépare avec soin par nos hôtes pour se sentir bien. Le village a proximité comporte les commerces pour se régaler des produits du terroir. Les attraits touristiques sont variés ; conques est une merveille. Carte ign et guide de randonnée à disposition. Piscine communale très belle et peu fréquentée à un quart d’heure.

Magnifique !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à 2 familles. Les propriétaires nous accueillent chaleureusement dans leur maison rénovée avec cœur et beaucoup de goût. Une superbe maison dans un cadre exceptionnel ! La vue dégagée offre un panorama exceptionnel à toute heure. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et recommandons cette location les yeux fermés.

Dès votre arrivée vous êtes saisis par la beauté du lieu. Un point de vue exceptionnel! Puis la bâtisse ancienne prolonge votre ravissement . Restaurée avec goût et meublée avec soin, elle offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer d'agréables moments en famille ou entre amis .Quel plaisir de partager les repas ou apéros sur la terrasse jusqu'à la nuit tombée puis admirer les étoiles. De plus les propriétaires vous feront un accueil des plus chaleureux. Pour les courses le petit village de St Cyprien vous proposera un très bon pain et de la viande excellente . Une location à retenir .
