"Had a great week vacation in northern VA Beach. This duplex unit was a great little find for an almost last minute trip to the beach. The unit was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, even with the small bit of traffic to the military base. Easy access to the beach which felt almost like a private beach for hours in the morning. No second thoughts to renting this place out again! Just for future tenants to be aware: the bathrooms, while adequate, are a bit tight. If you are a tall person, it makes it a bit uncomfortable. It by no means detracted from our experience, just something to be aware about."

"This is a cozy place with an amazing proximity to the beach. It is wonderfully roomy, comfortable and accommodating cottage. And having the owners living on the upper floors was a complete positive as they are a lovely couple. They did not intrude in any way, yet were easily available with answers to any questions. We look forward to a future visit!"
