"This hotel represents good value with a useful location, and accommodation that is reasonably clean and modern. The pool looked as if it had seen better days, and the breakfast was a fairly standard affair of the usual sweet and sugary cereals, waffles, cupcakes etc. We had a small number of ants in our room (210), and we reported this to reception, but did not hear back about whether anyone had attended to the issue. We continued to see a few ants, but it wasn’t a big deal for us, and it wouldn’t stop us staying there again."

"Hotel has a great style. Rooms were big. Some minor things like touchup paint and attention to detail of just making sure things didn’t look tired is my only constructive feedback. I have a critical eye so it’s possible most people wouldn’t even notice. Front desk staff was very helpful. We had a lot of changes in additions during our stay and they were always helpful and did not mind working through our updates. We will definitely stay here again. I like that it was very close to university Kentucky, but not being right downtown."
