Quaint Mountain Cabin at the entrance to Yosemite National Park

You will enjoy this cozy, western themed cabin in the quaint village of Fish Camp. The cabin has two private bedrooms with queen sized beds, a pullout couch and large couch in the living room. The cabin has been completely remodeled in 2017 to blend modern comforts with rustic roots. Amenities include wireless internet, television, oven/range, washer/dryer, newer Mini-splits heating and cooling units that allow individual temperature control in the rooms, and large outdoor patio complete with dining table, gas BBQ and propane fire pit.

Trails End cabin is walking distance to the Tenaya Lodge, which has restaurants, day spa, bar, and bike rentals. It is a short 2 mile drive to the southern gate of Yosemite and Mariposa Grove. There is also Horseback riding at the Yosemite Saddle and Sleigh Co. and train rides at the Sugar Pine Railroad within 2 miles. The community of Fish Camp can prove difficult for parking but not for Trails End cabin guest who enjoy off-street paved parking for more than 3 cars and a drive-thru driveway, which you will find to be very convenient. Lovely Cabin in the Woods

About 5 minutes from the south gate to Yosemite (1 hr from Yosemite Valley). Had everything we needed for our trip, was a great place to rest and recuperate after long days of hiking!

This lovely cabin was perfect! Easy check-in and check-out, host was helpful and communicative, and we enjoyed the cabin’s decor, amenities, and activities! It was the best location super close to Yosemite and close to the town of Oakhurst for groceries and dining.

Cozy cabin, minutes from Yosemite entrance

This cabin was clean, comfortable and cool in the summer heat. It was our home base for our Yosemite trip and we experience Yosemite Valley, Bass Lake, Oakhurst, Mariposa Grove and the great outdoors by staying here. Highly recommend this cabin. Great location for Yosemite

Cute western decor. Comfortable beds. Cabin was well stocked. Quiet and private. Very close to Yosemite’s Southgate and close to a lot of fun things to do. There were several big steps to get to the front door. We are hikers so that wasn’t a problem for us.

I love that the cabin had everything you could need. It was cozy and homey. Not only that, but the property owner stayed right next door, so if an emergency happened he could just run over. They respected our privacy and restocked our fire wood when needed. Yosemite wasn't far from the cabin, so we had a wonderful hike during the day. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

Week in Fish Camp

We were there for a meeting at Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp. The cabin is within a mile and a convenient location. Quiet and peaceful forest respite. It is nearly an hour to the Yosemite Valley floor but mostly a lovely drive. Many upper vistas and hikes are closer. Had a wonderful stay. Very responsive host when we had questions. Easy check in and out.

Cozy cabin! Perfect getaway!!

My little family and I stayed at this cabin during Easter weekend. We were greeted with a somewhat unexpected snowstorm the first night but it absolutely made this trip even better! The neighborhood had the roads plowed by 6 am and the driveways were being worked as well. Our driveway was cleared by 7:30. The cabin was perfect and we had the best time. The cabin was clean, well stocked with the necessities, the layout was perfect, just all around a perfect cozy cabin. We enjoyed a nice warm fire in the fireplace each night. We will absolutely be saving this cabin for a fire stay! We made the drive into Yosemite one of the days, the south entrance is barely a 5 minute drive and then the drive into Yosemite is absolutely beautiful. It took us maybe 45 minutes to get into the valley of Yosemite. Like I said, we will absolutely be staying here again!

Great location & big space!

Pictures don’t do the space justice! Big living room with plenty of seating. House was very clean & beds/pillows/linens all comfortable. 5 min from Yosemite South Gate without traffic (we left super early and it took 1 hour to get to Yosemite Village). Host is great with communication & let us know about changing Yosemite guidelines and few other items. Highly suggest!

Location, location, location

This was the perfect place to stay to enter the south entrance of Yosemite, less than 3 miles. It was perfect place to lay our heads after a full morning and day in the park.
