    You are located in a quiet setting with several water features, large outdoor grass areas, fire pit, and patio eating area with grill. The house is spacious with five bedrooms each with a private bath and fireplace, and ample room for family dining and game night activities.

    You will have access to beautiful Bear Lake and a beach area. There are several outdoor recreation opportunities in the area with 4X4 trails, mountains hikes and water activities. The town of Garden City Utah is a 5-mile drive offering several eating establishments, recreation fun, and a bike/walking path. After a day of outdoor fun, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the property by sit on the patio and enjoy the scenic serenity of Bear Lake and the gorgeous property grounds.
