"Someone described this as luxurious--I'm sorry. I felt it was a Route 66 motel in need of updating. The only luxurious thing was the size of the room. The beds were okay. The bathroom was separated into 2 rooms. One with the closet & sink. The heater in this room we could not get turned on. The other was the stool and shower/tub. There was no heater. We did find a portable heater in a closet, so we used that to warm up that area before we showered. We got in late, so didn't see the pool & spa area. It was the only motel in this small town, and I thought it was overpriced for the condition of the motel. No breakfast, either. Had to drive through 2 more towns to find a restaurant. Pretty remote area after going through Brice Canyon and heading up to I-70. I'm glad there was a motel to sleep, but I would certainly not call it luxurious! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was immaculate, staff was pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed delicious chef's breakfast!"

"A unique motel experience. Old renovated co-op building, very clean and well-maintained, with access for all guests to the complete commercial kitchen! Spacious room and shared spaces for dining. The slightly challenging thing was that no staff was available on-site- all interaction with staff was by email/phone. And this clearly confused some guests- I had to help 3 different parties get into the building, explain how to find their rooms and keypad entry codes, etc. Ultimately, someone from the staff showed up to help, but the system still has some kinks that need to be worked out. That said, though, it was a fine place to stay at a great price, and we'd go there again as it was great fun cooking in the big, fully-equipped kitchen."

"Room seemed newly remodeled. Clean and fresh. Great A/C, and even though the restaraunt attached was temporarily closed, the manager gave us a recommendation and it was wonderful food. Sorry we only stayed one night. Nice little town- stars were amazing - dark sky!"

"Accurate listing, great for a couple or maybe a party of 3. Newly remodeled and had everything we needed. No yard space but has horses right next door that would come right up to the fence wanting to say hi. A block away is Family Dollar which was great since we forgot a few things. Several small towns with some good food trucks and restaurants. We spent the days around the Capitol Reef area. I highly recommend renting a Jeep from the RV place by Torrey and go to Cathedral Valley loop- if you’re comfortable driving 4WD. "

"We went on Easter weekend. The breakfast staff were so kind to the kids and adults. They had little Easter eggs. They were so amazing and so thoughtful you could tell that they were excited to come to work. What more could you ask for? We have been here many times, and we look forward to returning"
