"Perfect stay. Check in was pleasant and easy. We grabbed our stuff and they took the car key for valet from the front desk. Lobby is beautiful and fun. Bar is nice and folks were actually using it, which was great. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Loved the staff. When we checked out they'd already brought our car around. Our room was on the second floor and was very pretty. We loved the decor, made us feel fancy. Bed was amazing, room temp was perfect, and there was plenty of hot water--so all my must-haves were checked off. Because the building is historic there are oddities. We see them as a feature. We had a window that opened to the lobby below. Hallway art is amazing. Each room named for an artist. Love that. There is a third floor roof top area that has a view of the park next door, but it was rented for an event so we didn't really get to check it out. The location is great for walking to downtown restaurants and clubs. Not a huge nightlife, but there's plenty of good restaurants and bars walkable to the hotel. It's a little far to walk to the casinos at night, but an easy Uber/Lift. This is the only place I will stay going forward when I make the annual trek to Shreveport."

"Deanna was quick to answer my questions. The weekend was wonderful! If you’re looking to get away for a quiet, relaxing weekend, this is a great location. Loved the watching the surprise rainstorm from the wooden rockers from the covered porch!"
Keepin It Reel on Caddo Lake Houseboat - Kayaks - Waterfront - Great View

"This was my husband and I first time to caddo lake and we love to fish and this place was perfect. The only downfall and this has nothing to do with the houseboat itself but it is docked at a boat dock that is also part of uncertain lodge so you never know what kind of people will be utilizing the boat dock while you are there. We didn't have any problems but there were some young kids utilizing the boat dock and was playing loud music and not respectful that we were in the house oat trying to sleep. That will always be a hit or miss with that. Otherwise everything was a dream for my husband and I."

"Awesome old house. Plenty of room for the whole family. Awesome water view with a boat ramp right in neighborhood. Only two things that wasn’t perfect but not game changer….boat dock at house needs repairing(usable but needs to be fixed soon) and new pots and pans would be nice! Would go back again if we go back!"
