Of note, the hotel is currently in the process of adding another floor. Once completed, there will be some nice city views from the top floor rooms."

One of the guest in my party has a serious food allergy and they went out of their way to cook a special breakfast each day for her dietary needs and ensured us staff would be mindful of cross contamination during the food prep process. "Arrived at this hotel and was informed that they overbooked their rooms and we were offered a room downgrade? This is the first time this has ever happened in years of travelling. Normally a hotel will offer you an upgrade if they make a mistake Thankfully Expedia provided me with a free of charge upgrade to another nearby hotel (Havana Club Resort) Very unprofessional experience. I’ve never had a hotel make their problem my problem before. Now they have no business and a fresh 1 star review....
