"I like how the reception staff member warned us to not leave valuable items in the car as sometimes juvenile criminals will attempt to steal any valuable items. I didn’t like that the TV in my room could only receive SBS TV via a TV aerial and that none of the streaming platforms (Netflix, ABC iview, 9Now, etc) could be watched on the SmartTV in room because the WI-FI was faulty and not working properly. This is quite poor on behalf of the parent company."
