Crooked Cottage on Kildare Capes

"So, Crooked Cottage is not a misnomer.. it is indeed crooked in side ( drop a marble on the floor and it'll roll away ). It is small inside and is very much for a couple, not as suited for two people sleeping in different beds under one roof ( pull out couch is "meh" ). You'll notice that this did not detract from my rating, these are just observations... Maybe the only recommendations i'd make is for the shower, being as small as it is, put in one of the hand held shower heads.. and maybe a proper but still small kitchen table and chairs ( found what was there, bistro style, a bit too small and the chairs somewhat fragile ) Still, not a detraction, just a recommendation All this being said, it's one of the best appointed Cottages i've rented. Has AC if you need it, tons of mugs, cutlery, cooking accessories - anything you'd need in a kitchen is here (multiple coffee type makers too). Having an over/under washer dryer is unique and was appreciated by myself and my daughter. Beautiful grounds and gardening.. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever out that way again."

"One of the best properties I’ve had the opportunity to stay at. The owners at the cottage are not only super friendly, but they are extremely kind too. The owners went out of their way to feed us generous portion of home cooked Indian meal. Talking about the property, it is surrounded by water and has a huge lawn. The rooms are super clean. Love every bit of it. Super grateful for the amazing hospitality we experienced at Briarwood Coastal Cottages. Thank you 🙏"

"Cottage is beautiful and clean, well stocked. It was nice to be able to walk to beach and enjoy walking and finding sea glass. We have all enjoyed ourselves very much and found it relaxing. We have explored PEI and it was nice to come back to a beautiful cottage."

"Beautiful location, beautiful house. Tons of room and great for kids. Private access to the beach which is absolutely amazing. The hosts of this house are beyond amazing. Couldn’t ask for nicer more genuine people. Highly highly highly recommended!"

"Exactly as described. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen. Same in the bathroom - bunch of towels, extra items like shampoo and such. Beach towels included. Located 7 minutes of Tignish, 5 minute walk to the beach. We had small issues but the host was super responsive - within minutes - and they were fixed right away. The cell phone reception is hit and miss but that's the area... Overall extremely pleased with the vacation."

"We had an incredible stay at this loft! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. It is so comfortable, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled perfectly between the ocean and scenic potato fields, giving you that authentic, picturesque PEI experience. On top of that, the hosts were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and give it a perfect 5 stars across the board! We would love to come back again!"
