"Ok, Im giving this an excellent due to the outstanding customer service , service recovery, and kindness of 3 of their staff, Sergio, Tuana, and Ammellie (pardon my spellings). We arrived for 4th of July weekend, and this hotel was fully booked, and our room was bumped to a room with less beds/ we did not have enough beds. Sergio, with super professional and apologetic demeanor, could not do anything for us that night, but the next night and few days, they got us an additional room, room credit , and little perks that really showed us they were trying to make up for it. For their service alone, you should consider the hotel. Hotel itself was a 4/5 fine and location is close to many things, but few things to be wary of ..... location is very close to 6th street action (good and bad). bad, frankly, as quite loud on the friday night with revelers. They do offer white noise machines to help fight it, but u might want to choose a quieter part of town. There is also a large homeless shelter only 2 blocks away. For us, no bother, but some folks might be put off by that, Austin has its fair share.... Breakfast was decent and constantly refreshed for supply and incl. with room rate. exercise room was like a HS wrestling room, learned to love the sweat but be aware, and outdoor pool is nice but small. We walked and ubered and waymo'd to most spots, all reasonable fares from hotel. Good value. enjoy"

"Great rooms for the cost very close to airport. The only thing is the restaurant/ bar in the hotel wasn’t open. They referred us to a Tex med restaurant next door but we didn’t try that went to a local brewery Pinthouse brewing which was great! "

"Proximity to the airport, transportation shuttle, the efficiency and courtesy of the staff are very good points. The complementary breakfast is excellent and adds to the convenience. The rooms are rather small and have no separate closet for hanging cloths, the soap/shampoo dispensers are not user friendly especially for older customers."
