"Conveniently located within walking distance of key restaurants and shops in Port Lincoln, this hotel is a solid choice for accessibility and ease. Parking was straightforward and well-organised, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. However, the arrival experience could be improved. We checked in late, and the digital lock arranged for access didn’t work, requiring a call to staff to resolve entry via a separate lockbox. While this was eventually sorted, it wasn’t the smoothest start—especially given that reception is essentially unstaffed. During warmer weather, we also noticed a fair number of insects gathering around the exterior light, which unfortunately made their way into the room. This became much less of an issue as temperatures cooled, but it’s something to be aware of if visiting in hotter months. Overall, a well-located and comfortable stay with a few operational quirks."

"Not enough parking. No privacy to get dressed. There for 6 days and never got any fresh towels. Never saw a staff member at all. Very little milk in the fridge and nothing replenished. On a good note, the position is perfect to walk to the foreshore."

"Lovely accommodation and exceptional communication and help from the property manager especially when I was quite a difficult customer and unable to provide actual dates I would like to stay in the property until close to the time. (Note the multiple booking for one stay)"
