They remove the room from being free due a housekeeper calling in sick No clean rooms when coming from work 12 am and the staff told there are no rooms and get a refused from booking agency. I could not get another motel. Please don't come here.

When we arrived a hand-written sign taped to the the unattended reception desk said "no rooms available even if you have a reservation." Needless to say we had a confirmed reservation through Expedia. No one showed up to help us. A hotel lobby phone did not work. We scrambled to find another room nearby at 10 pm. Unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Very unpleasant stay. When I booked through Expedia the charge was $97.11, but I was charged $177 at the hotel due to a cleaning charge, the fact that the room had a kitchen and it was the last available room even though I did have a reservation well in advance (according to the staff that checked me in). Overall staff was rude, room was dirty, hotel smelled of mold and cigarettes. Travelers beware - this is actually a residential hotel with a bold sign at check in noting you need to secure your possessions.

We never found the hotel. The directions on Expedia led us to an extended stay facility. There was no one present to check in, although the website states check in anytime. We ended up needing to book different accommodations. After several attempts to talk through this with Expedia, they could not reach the property that I originally had booked and therefore would not give me a refund or extend any sort of credit. This has been a super disappointing experience. Never will. I stay at Motel Six again or work with Expedia. Absolutely awful.

The manager was very forceful. Constantly knocking on the door and then entering when there was not an emergency or hazard. There is never any help at the front desk. The quality has gone downhill since motel 6 took over.

My room was not ready, I was finally moved into another room. 3 times, at all hours of the night and late night, someone keyed my room open and tried to get into the room. I reported it but no response from staff. The guests were smoking illicit “cigarettes “ that you had to walk through to get to the door. It was a terrible stay and I do not recommend
