Cosy resort "Nikola", 2 storeys. 8 houses in the resort. Above Flachau 1.2 km from the centre of Flachau, on the outskirts, in a sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake. For shared use: property with lawn. In the house: internet access, sauna (extra). Washing machine. Bread roll service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop "Flachau Tauernhof 270" 950 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km, lake Flauchauwinkl 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, mountain railway 1.7 km. ,Flachau Summer Card (01.06. - 29.09.2023) included in the price. Dogs only allowed in summer, not in winter! Sauna costs 10 EUR per hour!

Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Heating. Wooden floors.
