"The vacation home is really nice and fully lives up to expectations. I have complained to you several times about the lack of cleaning, and there has been no cleaning whatsoever. You asked for photos; I have tried to send them three times, and they didn’t go through. I don’t want to spend any more time on this now. I sent some via MMS to Sigurt, and he received them."
