"The hotel is conveniently located, which was definitely one of its better features. However, there were several issues that took away from the overall experience. The music coming from the nightclub next door was quite noticeable and could be disruptive, especially for anyone who is a light sleeper. The manager was helpful and accommodating, but unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the rest of the staff. One of the biggest disappointments was the smell of marijuana throughout my entire floor. It was overwhelming and made the environment uncomfortable. In addition, the air conditioning unit and bathroom both had a noticeable musty, mold-like smell, which raised concerns about the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. I also found it frustrating that guests are required to pay for parking, only to end up parking more than a block away from the hotel. If parking is an additional charge, I would expect it to be reasonably convenient and accessible. Overall, the location is a positive, but the noise, unpleasant odors, room conditions, inconsistent staff service, and inconvenient paid parking made the stay less enjoyable than it should have been. With some improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, customer service, and parking arrangements, the hotel could offer a much better guest experience."

"Marcel Marcel Marcel is the ultimate masterclass in hospitality From the moment the sliding glass doors opened and the ocean breeze swept in, it was clear this would not be a standard stay. Instead of the usual hurried queue, the atmosphere at the Hilton front desk mirrored the relaxed, welcoming vibe of the coast itself. Marcel was phenomenal! He was so personable, helpful, and just a delight to interact with. He didn't just look up from his screen; he stood, offered a genuine, radiant smile, and welcomed us with an authentic warmth that instantly melted away the stress of a long day of travel. His approach was completely unhurried, transforming a standard routine check-in into a memorable conversation. What made the experience truly phenomenal was Marcel's seamless blend of coastal hospitality and deep personalization: Marcel noticed the exhaustion of travel and immediately handed over a chilled water, ensuring our stay started the exact second we stepped up to the counter. Instead of running through a scripted monologue, Marcel engaged naturally. He walked me through the property layout, pointing out the best spots to catch the sunset. He looked at our reservation and went out of his way to find a room with an optimized ocean view, ensuring that the first thing I would see was the water. I wish I could clone him! He is the example of what every establishment needs! Thank you Marcel for making our stay outstanding!"

"Great place to stay, it’s right on the beach. My wife and I were able to enjoy walking on the beach watching the sun set and sun rise. Staff were wonderful and helpful. They were able to make accommodations accordingly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!"

"This little place was so quaint and cozy and has a great ocean view. If it didn't rain the whole time we could have walked across the street and strolled on the beach. The access was right there. We had the best time. The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about it. We couldn't have asked for more, especially for the price we paid. I highly recommend and will def go back someday. A+++"
