"Being a brand new facility, the overall condition was very good. Clean, functional and well maintained inside and out. The bed was comfortable and the room was well laid out. The two notable omissions from the room was a microwave and coffee maker. My wife was unable to have her evening tea. While it may be part of the intended package, I've stayed at much lower priced places that had both of these items. We had two breakfasts during our stay and were very happy with both. Selections were broad, well presented and kept stocked throughout. Seating was extensive and varied from individual sized table, booths and bar seating if that's your thing. Lots of room to spread out since it was quite the busy place while we were there."

"I did not stay here. I booked a Friday night stay when I was two hours from the hotel. Because I was two hours away, I did not accept the guaranteed protection. My mistake was that I had accidently reserved for two weeks out. The reception at the hotel told me that she could not correct that mistake and revoke the booking and refund my money. When I later called Expedia to address the situation, they said only the hotel can refund my money. So the receptionist was lying. I miss the days when actual humans would help ensure that your reservation was what you wanted. Expedia also deserves some blame for this episode. Their default date when making a hotel reservation is two weeks out. I was on the road and in a hurry to find a hotel quickly and missed the default date. It would be very easy for Expedia to set up their site to force the customer to select a date prior to checking availability and prices."
