This was the such a great place to stay for a visit to NAU. Conveniently located and had everything we needed. The host was easy to connect with and she got back to me right away when I had a question. I would definitely come back!

Cute little townhome style place to stay. Was perfect for what we needed and cost was good fit as well. Gave my wife a place to hangout that wasn't a hotel while I attended a seminar.

Good home base for busy weekend

This condo was a great home base for a busy weekend when we just needed a place to crash and not much else. Great central location. The designated parking space is not near the path to the front door and made it tricky bringing in luggage and groceries. We had a hard time with the heat, trying to get warm downstairs made the upstairs uncomfortable hot. White carpet throughout, I would not recommend for families with young children or clumsy adults. Overall a cute place with the basic necessities.

Butler Ave Getaway

Very quiet VRBO with adequate space upstairs and downstairs. Warm and cozy for chilly evening's. The one minor ding, and its minor is the lack of local programming on the TV. The unit had a TV but was not connected with an antenna for local channels. Was able to stream but local TV was not an option. Picked up a HDTV antenna from a retailer and was in business. This seems to be the norm with most rentals so I'll start bringing my own antenna. I need my football and news on the networks...

Cute little place, great location as long as you have a car, and the beds were very comfortable! The checkout felt a bit onerous - we pay a cleaning fee but had to strip the beds, take out the trash, do the dishes. Not a fan of that.
