This newly renovated, charming apartment is walking distance to FMC and an easy bike ride to downtown. One bedroom, one bath with in-unit washer/dryer and a full kitchen. Plus efficient heat pump heating and cooling for year round comfort. Beautiful bathroom, tall ceilings, high end appliances, and a well appointed kitchen including an air fryer/toaster oven and all-in-one pressure cooker. One flight of stairs down to entrance. Independent unit below main home.

The apartment is below a nice family (owner) with school-aged children and a super friendly dog. The entire property is powered by 100% solar and renewable energy from APS, and you can share in the fresh eggs from the backyard chickens. Off-street parking and security system with professional monitoring.
