This 3-bedroom home is well equipped and features a hot tub on a covered patio for total relaxation in the woods. At over 7000 feet elevation, fresh air and mild temperatures await your arrival. Our wood stove provides a cozy ambiance in the winter months. Take advantage of the close proximity to the mountain trails, bike trails & Lake Mary. Kathy’s cabin is perfectly located a quick 4 minutes to NAU, 13 miles to Snowbowl Scenic Gondola Ski lift, Agassiz Triple lift, Sunset Triple lift & Grand Canyon Express lift, 40 min to beautiful Sedona and 30 min to Bearizona Wildlife Park located in Williams Arizona.

Wonderful place!

My husband, my children, and I spent an incredible weekend here. The place was beautiful, the cabin super comfortable, clean, and super nice. The hosts were excellent. The neighborhood was wonderful and very quiet. I highly recommend it.

Great Place!

A great little spot to stay in Flagstaff. The hot tub was clean and a lovely place to wind down. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the things you need to make a nice dinner. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Spot for a Mini Vacation

The property was clean, well appointment and nestled in the beautiful pines. It was a perfect spot to relax after visiting the Grand Canyon and Bearizona. It’s kid friendly and the hot tub was awesome to relax in after the kids went to bed. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions we had during our stay. 5 stars!

Solid Choice for Flagstaff Rental

As advertised, Kathy's Cabin is in a great neighborhood location south of town and still only 5-10 minutes from most everything. The property is clean and well kept, and the owner's communication is best in class. I would happily reserve again in future, and wish we could have stayed longer. It was a short 2 nights but enjoyable trip!

Peaceful Relaxation

At every point of our Sisters weekend we were completely relaxed and able to destress! The location of the cabin was great, communication was awesome, the cabin itself was BEYOND perfect. Well appointed kitchen and dining area, plenty of outdoor space and relaxation spaces abound! We will return over and over!

The cabin was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet, hot tub was perfect (and the owners left it warm for us so when we arrived and got settled we were able to jump right in which was exactly what we wanted to relax before hitting the slopes in the morning. Lovely and very clean!

The kitchen had everything we needed. The layout was so nice. The master was HUGE! There were porches in the front, off the dining room and off the master. Everyone had a place to gather and a place for a little alone time to enjoy our stay. Just minutes from NAU.

Great Family Get-Away!!

We loved the house, set-up, and communication with the host was excellent. Our four kids (ages 6, 9, 10, and 11) enjoyed the hot tub and having their own tvs. It was very clean (and I’m picky!). The host even had their cleaner come and shovel the driveway and steps after a big snow. Overall, best VRBO experience for us frequent travelers.

4th of July-Escaping the Heat!🔥

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend at Kathy’s Cabin. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The neighborhood is quiet, just far enough from town but still convenient. There are excellent walking trails right across the main road. We hiked Mt. Humphries, enjoyed the Flagstaff Extreme Adventure course, and took several walks. We enjoyed cooking, eating on the patio and playing games in the evening.

Everything about our stay was just right. The location was perfect for every place we wanted to go. It was nice having the pamphlets about the area. Comfy beds, including the bed clothes. Plenty of towels. We loved the hot tub. The check in/out instructions were clear. Thank you for making our stay in Flag so enjoyable. We'll book this house again!

Most excellent getaway!

The home was lovely. Spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room. The hot tub was great!! No problems at all.We didn't expect to have snow, but stores were nearby for food and supplies. The house was warm and cozy, and it was amazing to enjoy the hot tub while watching the snow fall. The hosts provided many little extras and amenities that were appreciated. They were very easy to contact and even stopped by to clear snow off the driveway and entry to the home for us. It was a girls getaway, but we hope to be able to come stay again and bring our families.

Cute rustic

We enjoyed the property overall. Was clean and amazing Christmas tree! We booked for one night and after fees we paid over 800. The hot tub was very foamy which we haven’t seen before and would not warm up with us in it above 98. The care of the tub seems to be bestowed on the guests, filling, adding chemicals. There were many decks all around the home but many surrounding houses so did not feel private.outside anywhere.

Beyond Exceptional

Our family trip was made to relocate someone. The host made everything about our trip easy. Communication started immediately after booking and any questions I had were answered within an hour before, during and after our stay. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The Rodriguez have taken alot of time and attention to detail. Everything we needed was there from fully stocked spices in the kitchen to family games to play. It felt like we were at a high end resort with a cozy feeling of home. My kids even slept well the entire trip. The location was perfect. Close to everything that mattered and easy to get from one side of Flag to the other. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly and even helpful. Thank you for making our trip exceptional!!

Amazing Weekend at Kathy’s Cabin!

There were four of us staying at Kathy’s cabin and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The cabin was super pristine and we did a ton of cooking in the kitchen which was fully stocked with any cooking ware we needed. We were going to a 3 day music festival at Pepsi amphitheater which was a short easy drive away which made this a perfect location for us. We used the hot tub every night after hours of dancing which was our favorite amenity. We also really loved the bathtub in the master bedroom! I will also say the pictures don’t do justice of how big this cabin is. We didn’t even utilize one of the bedrooms! And still room for someone to sleep on the couch and futon. The Wi-Fi also had very strong connection. I would highly recommend staying here and we are Arizona locals in the valley so we will definitely stay here again when we are in flagstaff!

We had a lovely time at Kathy's cabin. Everything was as described and we were centrally located for the places we planned to visit. All instructions were clear and we wanted for nothing. A great host!
