Comfy Country Club Townhome, 1 bedroom, sleeps 4, single level & A/C!

This property was recently remodeled! There is new furniture, a new king bed, floor coverings, heating & cooling, radiant floor heating in the bathroom, new TV's, light fixtures and more.

There is a gas grill and patio furniture to enjoy the great summer weather or watch the snow fall. The country club house which is open to the public is across the street and has public golf and great food.

You can easily access the freeway to get to the grand canyon, Williams, and other great surrounding activities.

There is also the Flagstaff Athletic Club nearby, that is very well appointed with indoor and outdoor pool, work out equipment, classes etc, open to the public for a walk in fee.

This was a great place to stay, clean, nice. Perfect location to be close to golf and friends but still a short drive to downtown or the hills.

Handy base for exploring

Excellent place to stay

We enjoyed our stay!! It was cozy, comfortable and clean. The location was beautiful and a quiet neighborhood. Had a wrap around deck which is a perfect spot to enjoy some coffee in the morning.Everything was as advertised. The most easy check in process I have ever had. Place was great!!!!

Nice home in Flagstaff

Home had good open space, was in a safe area and relatively close to downtown. The host was a great communicator and quick to respond. Would recommend.

Great location!!

The property was located in a great area. We brought our bikes up and there’s some fantastic trails. Townhome was great with an awesome fireplace that we really needed as the snow fell. Only thing that really needed changing was the 1970’s coffee pot. Other than that, perfect for a couple.

Clean & bright

Note for anyone with mobility issues that there are about 8 stairs from the parking area then a short path to the front door where there are two more stairs at the front door. We emailed prior to arriving in Arizona requesting early check in but never received a response from the property manager. The unit was bright, clean, and pleasant. It was a quiet neighborhood and away from downtown Flagstaff.

Flagstaff Forever

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Comfy Continental Townhouse. I would happily have stayed there for the entire summer. I selected that particular property from its posting on VRBO for several specific reasons and was pleased that it lived up to every single one of them. The features and comfort of the facility itself, the amenities provided, the beautiful location and gorgeous views all made for a wonderful stay. I would return again and again.

Perfect Place to Explore Northern Arizona Wonders

We loved "coming home" to this welcoming house after a day at the Grand Canyon or Sedona or Wapatki NM. There was space for the kids to play games while adults shared time together. And the casita was perfect for the family member who needed a quiet place to recover from all the family togetherness. It was easy to get to stores and to quickly get on the roads to the many places we wanted to visit. Also a great neighborhood to take walks in. We would definitely stay here again.

The most comfortable bed!

Comfy Condo was a wonderful place to stay. The complex is quiet and safe (proven because my husband left our car door wide open all night!). The bed was by far the most comfortable of the condos we have stayed in. The only concern we had was that there was no water pressure in the shower, but I was assured that would be fixed. I would definitely recommend Comfy Condo!

Cozy getaway

We were very happy with this place. It was very pretty and the neighborhood was nice and felt safe. We absolutely loved the pellet stove. If it wasn’t for that it would have been cold. You know it was snowy and freezing outside😊. The bed was very very comfortable The property manager was very accommodating, we really appreciated that.

Beautiful

The property is as depicted in the photos. It took my breath away. The huge windows with trees golden and shedding their leaves , such a delight. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture and bed comfortable. It was quiet and private. I enjoyed the deck in the afternoon. I would highly recommend and come again.

Little Get Away

The place was really nice, exactly as described online. Very confy, clean, easy to access, close to local businesses and parks. Unfortunately the coffee creamers in the fridge were spoiled and there was no drinking water. Also the bed was very “squeaky”, just getting in and out of it was very noisy. Other then that it was great, I will recommend it and use it again.

Cute But right off a Main Road

Cute-that could use a little TLC with the cleaning outside on the windows and spiderweb should be swept down when guest are coming.Need to update NO AC anymore. They need to update That they don’t have AC unit in window.

Replace the couch

The condo is lovely and clean and we enjoyed our stay. There is a nice large kitchen. But.......I couldn't figure out how to work oven. (Not a big enough deal to call manager.) It was close to the street, which was not always busy, but did have some large noisy traffic very early in the morning (garbage truck, school bus, motorcycles). The tennis courts across the street generated the constant noise of balls hitting the court. The pull out couch bed in the living room was horrible! An immediate back ache. I ended up sleeping on the couch itself, which wa snot the greatest, but tolerable. Sorry to give such a poor review.
