This place was amazing! Very clean and spacious. Pictures don’t do it justice. Neighborhood was terrific, location perfect. I highly recommend staying here if you are vacationing in Flagstaff.
Holly's townhouse was amazing! Really spacious, clean and well appointed. Will absolutely stay here again. Close to restaurants and shopping, and not a long drive from Snow Bowl. Check-in and out were easy, and communication with the host was great! Thanks for a great weekend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was better than advertised! Loved that we had use of the garage and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back!! 5 stars all the way around.
My husband and I were very excited to be able to join family in Flagstaff. The location was perfect for us. The neighborhood was beautiful. The house was beautiful and well maintained. It felt like home. The host was very sweet. I definitely would like to stay here again!
We had a wonderful two day visit to Flagstaff. We explored Northern Arizona University for our soon to be college freshman and we also visited downtown for lunch as well as riding the gondola up the San Francisco peaks. Holly’s house was in a perfect location to do all.
Holly’s home was a wonderful home base to explore northern Arizona. The home was just as described, very clean, and had so many items ready to use for our family with small children - including a high chair and baby gate. The neighborhood was great and even had a small park within less than a block. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in the area, and will recommend this to our friends and family.
We were looking for a rental that was close to NAU but in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the Cozy Townhouse in the Pines. It was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and with a park/playground that included a half court basketball court. Holly, the owner, was a great host. She quickly responded to any questions that we had. We would stay here again.
The house is in a darling new neighborhood on the edge of town, under tall trees. It was perfect for us, including my senior parents who made use of the master suite downstairs. We took several day trips in different directions and found the house to be conveniently centrally located. The beds and linens were comfortable, towels were fluffy and soft, and the kitchen made simple meal preparations easy. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in the area!
“We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was perfect - secluded enough to feel like we were away from it all, but still conveniently close to town. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed spending time on the deck, taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The property was well-maintained and the owners were friendly and responsive to our needs. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the mountains!"
The property is in a great location, close to shopping, downtown, and is easily accessible to the interstate. The house was amazing! Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook meals for four people. The layout of the home is perfect for gatherings and the bedrooms were perfect for our needs. We had four adults with us, but you could have easily had two more people as we did not use one of the bedrooms.
The host goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect, as she even provided little chocolates by the coffee bar! We have stayed in many rental homes on vacations and this is the first time I have felt so many personal touches.
We spent 3 nights at this home and it was absolutely fabulous. 2 adults and kids 10 & 9. Just as described in the listing. Clean! Comfortable. Equipped. Full access to garage. Manager was very responsive. You will not be disappointed. If you are looking to stay in flagstaff it was great access to Sedona and GC. You could probably do a day trip to Page too.
I was worried the street noise might be a little much but it wasn’t an issue. Only one motorcycle at 4am on a Saturday.
We came to Flagstaff for our friend's wedding and wanted to find an affordable for us and another couple. Holly was kind enough to let us check-in a little early because the rehearsal started at 4pm and we needed time to get ready. The home was the perfect place for us to stay! It was just as advertised. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to many restaurants. From the moment we walked into the home, it smelled clean. The house is fully stocked from kitchen utensils and spices to a baby/child stroller and booster seat. While we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen had more than enough pots and pans to make a great family meal. If you're thinking of renting this place, check-in first and then do your grocery store trip. The master bed was super comfy and the bedding was soft. I liked the added touch of using separate washcloths for makeup removal. We were even able to wash all of our clothes before heading home. We would definitely recommend!
THe check in process was a little disconcerting as the code that was given didn't work and we were traveling in two separate groups. It took awhile for the first group that arrived to get the code correct so they could get in the house. The house was great but the first night the smoke alarms chirped every 30 seconds because of low batteries. We got in so late that we had to wait until morning to contact the host and get someone over to replace the batteries. Things improved significantly after that. We had a great day on Saturday and pulled out early Sunday morning due to members of our group having homework to do before school on Monday. All in all it was a nice get away, the neighborhood was great, close to town but quiet. The townhouse was nice but unfortunately there were no directions on how to get the fireplace to start - so no fire Saturday night when it was blustery.
