Kids room is loaded up with books, board games and simple toys. Newly constructed 2nd bathroom off of laundry with shower and skylight. Original coal shed has been restored into a game room with colorful lighting, full-size antique pool table, fridge and AC. Two off street parking spaces from the alley with 220v EV charging outlet. The cottage is almost 100 years old and while fully renovated, you can expect squeaky floors, sticky doors and an uncommon layout with all its original charm and character. We are located just across from a vibrant desert wash in a small town so it's very common to see javelina, coyotes, skunks, raccoons, quail, and other birds as well as bees, butterflies, spiders, snakes and many other creatures on our street or in our yard.
