We stayed here with another family because we spent the weekend skiing. The location was fantastic and the house was great. It is older inside, but everything worked so I don’t have a problem with that. The game room was an added bonus that was super fun for both kids and adults. I’d definitely stay here again!
Overall awesome stay. Spacious for our family of 7 however, did not find the double futon and pull out couch was broke. But there was an inflatable bed that one of our kids used. All amenities worked and great for family and kids. Wood fireplace was great. Quiet area.
I came with my family of 10 for skiing at Arizona snowbowl. the location is perfect, 10 min from the skiing. took a cab to the city for a night out, which was not a problem at all.
very quite and peaceful neighborhood. enjoyed a spa after skiing on a mountain. this house has everything that a family will need for a small vacation. will definitely come back
My family of 10 enjoyed our stay. House has a lot of space to spread out and has plenty of activities for the kids. The overall cleanliness can be improved. There was dust on top of the furniture and spider webs through out the house. Kitchen was the only place that was properly cleaned. Would recommend after a deep clean is done.

Kitchen was great everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable, hot tub was amazing, games in garage were good. Having a deep clean, and maybe a little tlc would definitely be the only negative thing. Overall extremely happy with our stay.
The house was great, my kids lived it. Upon arrival we got plenty of snow, so the kids played all day around the gated property. The heater was on most of the time due to the weather. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff.

A little rough around the edges
Location was great, quiet and very pretty. The property however was poorly maintained. Grass was over grown, weeds everywhere. The sun room was completely overgrown. The game room unfortunately was in pretty rough shape, games broken, room very dirty. The main house was clean enough, once you start looking around though spiders, cobwebs and dead insects in the corners. Another big negative; unlike in the pictures the hot tub is not outside, but inside the overgrown and dirty sunroom. Because of the chemicals used to keep it clean the whole room wreaks of chlorine. A real shame because the house was nice, just needs a little more TLC.
All was pretty good. Really dated house, jacuzzi water should be changed to avoid an odor, and wasnt comfortable not using a porch light as it was icy out. Everything else was good, had a wonderful time.
We enjoyed our stay after hiking the grand canyon. The hot tub was an extra perk for our sore muscles. The kitchen and family room area was roomy and comfortable for our group of 10. Big kitchen table. Beds were clean and comfortable. I saw several spider webs and spiders/bugs inside the house, which was a disappointment. It's an older, odd house. But worked well for our family.
Staying here made the vacation trip amazing. The owner was very easy to communicate with.

Not up to snuff yet
We enjoyed our time at this property but feel it really wasn't ready to be used for guests. The yard was a mess, the garage/game room was muddy and dirty, there were cobwebbs around the whole house, dirt and dust under furniture. The floors were soft and spongy in a few areas. Carpets are old and if you have allergies this will not be in your favor. Master bedroom screen door doesn't close/seal. The room with the hot tub is uninviting, smelled moldy and needs help. The beds were GOOD. The kitchen and dining worked out great for our group. It's a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. The back deck had a big table and was nice for hanging out. The game room was fun (after we swept the muddy floor). This home is family friendly, has much potential and we did enjoy our time there. In our opinion it needs more cleaning up and finetuning.
