"Room was pretty dirty, TV sound was limited and could not be heard at all. They must have some sort of parental lock on the sound. Very flat pillows two on each bed, and when we requested more as we have two kids, they said they didn’t have any. We asked if they had a pack n play and they did, but it was quite literally thrown on the floor in our hotel room and was broken. Not sure if it was already broken or if it was broken by the staff member tossing it on the floor. No towels in the pool, had to go ask the front staff and they ran out. Had to wait 5+ minutes at the front desk to get service on two separate occasions. Breakfast was subpar. This has been our favorite hotel every time but we will not be back. "
