A four-season epicenter of outdoor adventures from this large vacation rental nestled in Arizona`s high country. plenty of space for many guests. Many sleeping arrangements and spacious areas. An epic game room and games including air hockey, ping pong, arcade basketball, X-Box , and Projector. Fully fenced in yard with fire pit and grassy area. Separated full sized apartment for groups needing some separation.



*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

Master- King bed w/ separate fold out couch (Sleeps 3). Double walk-in shower with toilet, tub, double vanity and large walk-in closet, private fire place



Guest bedroom 1- Queen bed with toddler bed (Sleeps 2 + small child), has access to full bathroom across the hallway



Guest bedroom 2- Two bunk beds (Sleeps 5) w/ full bathroom. Double vanity, toilet and double headed shower.



Guest bedroom 3- Queen bed (sleeps 2) with private fireplace.



Family room (Deck access) dining area, piano room, garage, laundry area (Located in garage), ping pong table (located in the garage, all on the first floor.



Bottom Level (Basement):

Game room- w/pull out couch (Sleeps 2) has access to back patio and grass area



Guest bedroom 4- Full bed w/ separate pull out couch (sleeps 3)

full bathroom accessible from the game room as well as guest bedroom #4.



Apartment- Its important to note that the downstairs apartment has its own private entrance, parking spaces, kitchen, laundry area and full bath.

Excellent lodging with terrific amenities

Well-suited for two large families and a few friends! Kitchen had well stocked appliances and everything needed to cook for a large group. Lots of games available and large spaces to congregate. We will definitely try to book here for our next ski trip at Snowbowl.

Family fun in Flagstaff

Wonderful house for a large family gatheringLocation was great for going to Flagstaff Extreme, Bearizona, Snowbowl etc. and just a short walk away from a neighborhood park.The home is well thought out and designed for people to gather together. The bedrooms are large. There are lots of fun games: pingpong, fooseball, and a pool table. Our family had a fun time here.

The house was exactly as advertised, extremely clean, beautiful setting and quiet neighborhood. The master suite was amazing. Plenty of room for our family of seven. Family Fun in Flagstaff

This property is perfect for large families or friend groups! Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, game room, separate apartment and parking! Huge kitchen and living room. Close to town and so many options for food and activities. The property manager was amazing to work with as well.

Perfect family get away

This house had everything we asked for and more! We had many boxes to check when booking for our family trip and it did not disappoint! The kitchen had enough space for everyone to gather and eat while the house was roomy enough for someone to sneak off and get a quick nap in! Flagstaff Family Reunion

This was a great place for our family reunion. Plenty of space, sleeping accommodations were good, and the game room. The game room was awesome. Add in that the place is close to the highway for the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and the many attractions around Flagstaff I don’t know how we could ask for more. Snowboarding Family reunion a birthday

We had our family reunion, enjoyed snowboarding & a birthday this last weekend 3/28 - 3/30/2025. Our family absolutely loved this stay & hope to come visit next year, as well! I can't recommend it enough! The accommodation was top-notch, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that made me feel right at home. The amenities were fantastic, and everything was spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Fabulous Flagstaff

This location was amazing!! The house was outstanding and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this site to anybody. It was the perfect distance from Williams where all of our activities took place. Our family was totally blown away with the size of the kitchen and bedrooms. It was totally as advertised and the hosts were great!!

Cabin feel in the woods

Even though this is a neighborhood it felt like we were in the woods. The game room was a hit for the kids and adults, with air hockey/pool table, Foosball, and Xbox games. Kitchen had plenty of seating. We loved that there was a piano for my husband to play. Overall was a nice place to stay.

Great house with plenty of beds. The kids loved the game room and the apartment allowed some adult privacy. Large kitchen with plenty of counter seating and a dining table that allowed board games. Walmart and grocery were convenient. We would return.

Christmas vacation

I was told i would have check in information a week before my rental and when i messaged 2 days before stating that i have not received anything it took almost 24 hrs to get a response and then they told me I would get the information 30 min before check in. The doors were left unlocked when we arrived Whuch anyone could have came in and when i messaged owner all he said was "dont worry its a safe neighborhood"Food was left behind couches and dishwasher was broken and unleveled causing it to turn on and offNot all of the lights worked and hard to find switches also the heaters in some of the rooms didnt work i messaged with no response Ice maker did not workAnd most of the games and entertainment stuff was broken or missing lots of partsI did love the lay out of the main cabin but the studio apartment was completely cut off you had to go out to the front of the house to get to the backyard or main house Besides these concerns it is a great cabin and we had fun looks amazing showers were wonderful and relaxing Please work on response time

Great weekend get away
