    Built in 1955 and thoughtfully updated, this mid-century bungalow sits in an ideal location to experience the best of Flagstaff. Downtown restaurants, breweries, and entertainment are just a 15-minute walk away, while coffee shops, parks, a fishing pond, hiking and biking trails, disc golf, and the Flagstaff Urban Trail System are all within a 10-minute stroll or less.

This was the most perfect place for our family. It is close enough to downtown to walk, but not so close that traffic is crazy or noise was too much. The neighborhood was so cute and we loved taking walks around the block in the evening. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of utensils and some fun extras like a Nespresso maker and french press. The hosts left some snacks and bottled water, which was very kind. Beds were incredibly comfy and the entire space was very homey. Our 10 year old loved the hot tub and the big back yard to run around in. They also had cornhole boards and bags set out! Overall, this was a phenomenal stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. There was a small inconvenience with the hot tub not working; however, the host was very responsive with the issue. The location of the property is great. We were able to walk downtown in 20 minutes.

This home was super cute and I love the location for all our everyday needs. The home was well equipped and just like home. Loved the fenced in back yard for my dog. Very responsive hosts!
