My family really enjoyed our stay at the Wild West house. It was a great home base for our Flagstaff/Grand Canyon visit. The home was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
This house was the perfect size for my friends and I. The house was perfectly clean and decorated beautifully. The location was perfect and close to town.
This was a perfect stay for a few friends to get away for a few night and just relax. Far enough away from Campus and Downtown so that it was quiet but close enough for convenience to just about everything you need.
We had a great time. Grandparents stayed in the master downstairs and kids loved the queen bunks. The place was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect, close to snow park and there is a park within walking distance.
First time staying in VRBO, house was spacious, very clean and worked well for our family. Plenty of bathrooms and reasonably comfortable. I believe cost was fair for house.
2 families stayed, each with 2 teen boys. Everything was great, plenty of space and it was super clean. Liked having multiple bathrooms. We spent a lot of time in the back yard. We would stay again.
The property was absolutely perfect for our family! We stayed on the second floor while my in laws got the master bedroom on the first floor. Property was clean and the owner was very responsive when we asked to check in a bit early. There’s a playground and park within walking distance, which was amazing! Centrally located, too. My only gripe is that the fireplace wasn’t working, but it was no big deal. Thanks for a great stay!
The flagstaff house was very nice also had lots of extras that you appreciate when traveling. Extra trashbags, detergents, cleaning supplies, paper supplies. Even had toiletries you could use if needed. . The house is in a wonderful location for day trips. Grand canyon, williams, sedona. Quiet neighborhood. We would stay again.
Lovely house. Wish we could have accessed early. Price per night was great but exorbitant fees from VRBO made it not so reasonable afterall. House was very clean. No tissues and towels could use replacing. Communication with owner was good. Spacious and lovely. Thank you
WildWest was perfect in every way. The downstairs master was perfect for my sister who has some mobility issues. The upstairs bedrooms were extremely spacious. The kitchen was perfectly appointed. Every appliance and the perfect amount of starter supplies. We did some hiking, N. AZ museum and Riordan museum were highlights. And coming “home” to relax was perfection. I highly recommend WW house.
Two families of four came to his place to celebrate Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect in proximity to the things we were interested in. We were only a short distance away from NAU and could visit easily. We were equally close to the downtown/old town area of Flagstaff. And, a comfortable drive away from any number of hiking trails.
We prepared Thanksgiving dinner easily as the kitchen and the rest of the property were well-appointed. Everything was as described by the property manager and VRBO description. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. In short, I highly recommend this property. We had a great time.
It would've been nice if the fireplace was working properly. Also, there was no extra garbage bags underneath the sink, so we had to make do with the ONE bag that was in the garbage container, and we had to use grocery bags to contain the rest of the garbage. Other than that, the house was cute, quaint, convenient and clean. We also liked the neighborhood.
The house was just what we were looking for on our destination Christmas 2023. It was. 5 minutes from the airport so it was very convenient for some of our family to fly. The dining room table accommodated 8 people! The fireplace was a special treat as it added to the ambiance each evening! There were 4 bedrooms and 3 of them had a designated bathrooms in the room. There was a fire pit out side with a lighted patio which was fun to use in the evenings! The only suggestion we had was it would be nice to have 2 or 3 bar stools in the kitchen. Overall we really enjoyed the home and our stay in Flagstaff.
Everything was good. It’s not a fancy house but a comfortable house. The garage was dirty but we were glad to have a place to park out of the elements. The outside area is nice but is lacking in neatness.
The kitchen was loosely stocked with supplies. It needs pot holders and dish cloths to wipe the counters.
The upstairs bathroom sink in the King bed room would not drain.
All beds were comfortable. The heat worked well and we stayed warm.
Overall, I would recommend this house if you need comfortable living for your stay.
We had an amazing time in Flagstaff in this beautiful house. Our host was very responsive to all our questions. The back yard was perfect for dogs large, spacious and enclosed. If you have small children a wonderful play space as well. Overall the house was very comfortable and was the perfect size for us. Large garage door so I did not need to take off the roof top carrier that was a plus. My only critique would be the pots and pans are dated and the teflon pans have lots of scratches and plastic cutting boards wood would be a better option and Costco sells a hex clad brand of pans that would work much better. Thank you, I would rent again if available and honestly I never say that in reviews but this was a nice place.
This house was nicely appointed & suited the needs of two small families (8 people). The host was super easy to reach & was very accommodating with some of our requests. There was a small issue & he responded very quickly & handled the situation. We would rent here again!

Disliked: Cleanliness
Location for sledding was great, but deceiving pictures and not very clean
I am not one to usually leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness with this house. When we showed up at 430 for check in, which was at 4, the "cleaners" were still there. They "finished up" around 445pm and we went in. We rented the Fri/Sat/Sun after the new years weekend, and I'm guessing there was some sort of New Years party the weekend before and the people stayed a few days after. There were little glitter pieces everywhere and the most disturbing thing was that I don't know if the sheets on the bed were washed. I found a long black hair in one of the sheets and none of us in our group have anything close to black hair. Also, there were no less than 8 bags of trash on the side of the house, prior to us. House looks much bigger in the pictures. They definitely used a wide angle lens. Couch was comfortable and TV worked fine. Kitchen is MUCH tighter than it looked in the pictures. We had 3 families, and it was definitely tight to make food. Bedrooms were fine and beds were comfortable, minus the black hair. The house location was great, being near a sledding hill, so that was a big perk. And the manager did grant us a late check out on Sunday which was helpful so the kids got a little more sledding in Sun morning. Overall the house was okay, but we won't be staying here again.
The house was as advertised, clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood and perfect location for our daily out of house forays
With young kids in tow the fossball table was a resounding hit. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. The AC worked perfectly! There was good communication from the owner as well assuring that we had what we needed. Of note the driveway is a bit steep and while there is a spacious garage for visitors to use there is no garage door opener which would have been very handy. Overall a great stay was had by all!
