Great place beautiful

It was a really nice place tucked in surrounded by pine trees. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only probably i had was the hot tub was dirty, other than that everything was great

Host was exceptional!

Extended family of 9 stayed and we had plenty of room and bathrooms. Great kitchen facility too! We enjoyed the hot tub and even had a little pool tournament. A battery in the fire alarm went out and the host was right on top of it, fixing it in short order. He even left us some Crumbl cookies! I would definitely stay at this home again!

The house was very large and accommodating for our two families and friends. Tucked into beautiful woods and felt secluded while being near all the places we wanted to visit during NAU Parent’s Weekend!

Great House for a Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Timberloft Luxury Lodge. Our arrival was delayed due to winter weather road closures. The owner-manager was quickly responsive to communications and very accommodating. The house is comfortable, well appointed, and perfectly situated for staying in, walking around Flagstaff or hitting the slopes at Snowbowl. When we return for another family visit to Flagstaff, this will be our first choice! Thank you!

Great Experience

This is the home you want to stay in when in Flagstaff! It is very spacious and has every amenity you need for a great getaway. It is lovely home and we will go back again soon.

We were a party of 10 on family vacation and found Timberloft an awesome place: roomy, comfortable, clean, well equipped and in great location. The jacuzzi was a special hit with our youngsters. The management was excellent and very professional. Nothing but high praise for Timberloft; we hope to be back.

A really GREAT get away house. We enjoyed this house with 2 couple/friends. Nice gathering places, but quiet rooms, also. The kitchen was stocked and well appointed. Close to restaurants and shopping. Hot tub was the icing on the cake!! We would definetly rent this again!

This is the second time we stayed in this Vrbo and it didn’t disappoint! It is the best Vrbo in Flagstaff hands down! It is clean and well appointed they provide everything you need even bathroom amenities! The host is available and friendly we got stuck up in the snow and let us stay another night! I promise if you stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Flagstaff & the Grand Canyon

We loved this house. The location was really great and the info provided by the owner was super detailed and accurate. The house was unique and perfect location for our trip to the Grand Canyon. It was early April and we still got a little snow (awesome for this southern family). The hot tub was nice, even in the snow. The house was stocked and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying here.

Lovely property and great location

We were here for our daughter’s NAU graduation. Spacious and well laid out home. Privacy was adequate for the guests. Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub dials not working but the owner reached out ahead of time to inform us of that. Overall, a great space for larger numbers of guests.

Family time...

We had three families stay in this home. Everything worked wonderfully and the house is very well stocked. The instructions were accurate and thorough. Absolutely enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool table. We've rented a VRBO every year for the past four years, this was by far our favorite property. We will definitely be back to Timberloft again. I would highly recommend for all families.

Awesome!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is very spacious. The three bedrooms with bathrooms were much bigger than expected. Plenty of towels, soaps, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, etc. There is nothing we wished we had brought with us because everything was provided. The two fireplaces were great and the dining room table is very big and fit all of us comfortably. We didn't use the hot tub but we peeked inside and it looked crystal clear. We had fun using the pool table. We texted Jim with a question and he answered within minutes. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and we honestly have nothing negative to say!

Enjoyable Second Stay

This was the second time we chose to stay at this beautiful home. First, the layout is perfect for our family of eight. Every couple got their own bedroom and bathroom which really helps with space. But what makes this house great is that we could gather in the living room and dining room space to be together. There’s also a great loft area with a pool table and enough space to do some remote work. The dining table is huge and lets us dine comfortably together and still have space for games and puzzles. The kitchen has everything you need and we were able to cook great family meals. The neighborhood is quiet and close to trails and is an easy hop on and off to the freeway. The only drawback was that the sheets and towels did not appear very clean, but they do have an easy access washer/dryer. Also, the mattresses feel like they need to be replaced so maybe not the most comfortable sleep. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our visit and were glad we got to stay again.
